Changes of ownership in Kinnevik
Kinnevik AB ("Kinnevik") today announced that it has been informed that its largest shareholder - Verdere Sàrl ("Verdere") - has reached an agreement with, amongst others, its shareholders on certain transactions. When these transactions are completed, (i) Verdere will have control of 4.2 percent of the capital and 18.1 percent of the votes in Kinnevik, (ii) CMS Sapere Aude Trust reg. will have control of 1.4 percent of the capital and 6.7 percent of the votes in Kinnevik and (iii) Camshaft Sàrl will have control of 1.0 percent of the capital and 0.5 percent of the votes in Kinnevik.
