In accordance with the resolution passed at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Kinnevik AB (publ), shareholders are offered the opportunity to request the reclassification of Class A shares into Class B shares during the period from 9 June 2025 to 31 July 2025.

Shareholders wishing to reclassify Class A shares into Class B shares must complete the notification form provided below and submit it to Handelsbanken at the address specified therein. Legal entities must attach a certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or equivalent proof of authority along with the notification form. Please note that if the Class A shares subject to reclassification are nominee-registered, the request must be submitted by the nominee.

Notifications of reclassification will be registered on an ongoing basis with Euroclear Sweden, starting on 9 June 2025. Registration normally appears in the VP account a few days after the notification form has been submitted to Handelsbanken. Once the notification has been registered by Handelsbanken, the shareholder will not be able to dispose of the shares submitted for reclassification until the reclassification has been executed. The actual reclassification of Class A shares into Class B shares will take place after the notification period has ended, and the reclassified shares are expected to be registered in the respective holders’ VP accounts by mid-August 2025.
