Tatiana Shalalvand

Tatiana joined Kinnevik in 2022 and leads Kinnevik’s early-stage strategy. At Kinnevik, Tatiana and the early stage team is looking to back the most ambitious founders in the Nordics that want to build transformative companies

Prior to Kinnevik, Tatiana spent four years working at the VC fund Inventure, focusing on pre-seed and seed stage businesses in the Nordic region.

She started her career as a crisis management consultant and then went on to spend numerous years in different commercial roles at early and scale-up stage tech companies before moving to the investor side. Tatiana is passionate about supporting founders early in their journey and helping them on their growth trajectory. Having been operational herself, she knows the highs and lows of building a company.

Tatiana sits on the board of Agreena, Aira and Safetywing.
