Lucinda Palmer

Lucinda joined the Kinnevik team in London in 2024 to focus on investing in growth stage climate tech across Europe and North America.

Lucinda grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, where she witnessed firsthand from an early age the highs - and the lows - of expanding and scaling a business internationally. Those early experiences created an enduring admiration for the courage of a founder and management team, who have the ambition to create a world that didn't exist yesterday.

Most recently, Lucinda worked at a growth stage US e-commerce platform in strategy and business development, where she gained valuable exposure to financial planning, KPI management and product lifecycle profitability. Lucinda started her career at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking team.

Outside of the office, Lucinda is always searching for the sun or the water, to fulfil her passion for scuba diving and water sports.
